AI Opportunity Audit: a full review of your business before implementation

Before setting up a bot or an AI employee, whether it's a Hunter to find customers, a Sales Rep for deals, an Analyst for reporting or a support role, we find out where inquiries, hours and money are really being lost: every process, inquiry channel and tool you use. You get a prioritized plan of what to automate first and what to leave alone.

What's included

Full business analytics, not a generic checklist

We look at the whole business, not a single process: where customers come from, where an inquiry can get lost, and which metrics will show the results after implementation.

Process map

We map the customer journey and the path an inquiry takes inside the company, from first touch to payment: what's manual, what's duplicated, and where it waits for a person instead of getting an instant reply.

Inquiry channel audit

WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, phone calls, website form, email: we look at each channel separately, how many inquiries come in, how many are lost, and what the current response time is.

Tools and CRM

We check what you already use (spreadsheets, CRM, messengers) and what can be connected to an AI employee without replacing your whole setup.

Impact and ROI estimate

For every growth opportunity we find, we estimate the monthly savings in hours and money, so your implementation budget has something solid to rest on.

Prioritization

Not everything needs to be automated at once: we rank the findings by impact versus implementation effort, what brings quick results and what can wait.

Final report

A clear document with a process map, leak points and a phased implementation plan. You can use it even if you decide to implement gradually and on your own.

Who it's for

If you're not sure where to start yet

The audit is the right entry point if there's plenty of routine but you haven't decided what to automate first.

Not sure where to start There's a lot of routine, but it's unclear which function really costs you the most time and money. The audit shows it in numbers.
Tried automating piece by piece You have a separate bot or a spreadsheet with formulas, but no overall picture. We bring everything into one frame of reference.
Need to justify the budget Before approving spending on an AI employee internally, you need numbers and a clear plan: a calculation, not a hunch.
The business is growing faster than the team Inquiry volume is already outpacing your team, and you need to know what can be covered without hiring right away.

What you get

A concrete plan, not general advice

5–7 daysfor a full process review and the report
5–10specific growth opportunities with impact estimates
20–40 hof potential time savings per month from the opportunities found
1prioritized, phased implementation plan

Figures are approximate and refined based on the audit of your specific business.

The difference in practice

Implementing blind vs. implementing with a plan

Without an audit
They automate whatever's most visibleA bot goes on the first channel that comes to mind, while the most time-consuming function stays manual.
The budget goes to trial and errorThings get implemented and redone because nobody calculated the impact of each change up front.
Hard to explain the decision to the teamThere are no numbers, just "it seems like this would be better", which makes it hard to justify the choice to colleagues or partners.
With the AI Opportunity Audit
We implement what makes an impactThe process with the biggest savings in time and money gets automated first, not the one that's easiest to do.
The budget follows a planPriorities and impact estimates are set up front, so every next step is backed by numbers.
The decision is easy to explainA report with a process map and impact estimates can be shown to partners, investors or your team without retelling it.

How the audit works

Five steps from request to finished plan

01

Getting to know your business

A short intro in whatever format suits you, by call or by chat: what the business does, which inquiry channels you have and what you've already tried to automate.

02

Data collection

We review your chats, CRM, reports and metrics with read-only access, without interfering with day-to-day work.

03

Analysis and estimates

We build a process map, find the leak points and estimate the impact of automating each one.

04

Prioritization

We rank the findings by impact and implementation effort and put together a plan: what goes first, what goes second, and what can be left alone.

05

Report presentation

We walk you through the plan in whatever format suits you, by call or by chat, answer questions and, if needed, discuss the implementation format right away: Starter, Pro or Custom.

Why an AI employee, not just automation

Not a helper for routine tasks, but a replacement for a staff position

We don't just take routine off your plate: in many cases an AI employee or AI department fully covers a staff position, whether that's one person, several roles or a whole department, with advantages over a human hire. The audit shows exactly where this applies in your case.

Works 24/7No night shifts, weekends or vacations: it replies to customers equally fast at any hour.
Always at its bestDoesn't burn out or lose motivation by the end of the day: the hundredth request gets the same attention as the first.
Learns fastA new procedure or scenario is rolled out by adjusting settings in days, not through weeks of onboarding.
Follows the rules preciselyCarries out instructions without deviation and never skips a step, even under heavy load.
Speaks any languageWrites messages and prepares documents in the customer's language instantly, with no translator and no hire for each market.
Adapts easilyWe change scenarios and rules to fit your business's situation without lengthy retraining.
Works many times fasterHandles inquiries and routine operations faster than a person, at the same quality.
Covers an entire positionIt doesn't just help an employee: in many cases it fully replaces a front desk, support or sales role, or an entire department.

FAQ

The audit in brief

No. If it's already clear which role or department to automate first, for example taking inquiries and bookings at the front desk or first-stage lead handling in sales, you can go straight to Starter or Pro. The audit is for when there's a lot of routine, several roles or departments are involved, and it's unclear which position to start with and what impact it will have.

The audit is a complete product in itself, not a free add-on to implementation: you get detailed business analytics, a dashboard with numbers on your processes and leak points, and a prioritized automation plan with an impact estimate for each item. All of it stays with you whatever you decide: use the process map and plan on your own, at your own pace or with another team.

Yes, but read-only: chats, CRM, reports. We don't change anything in your day-to-day work during the audit, and we sign a data confidentiality agreement.

The price depends on the size of the business and the number of inquiry channels; there's no fixed rate on purpose. We give you the exact figure after a short intro to your situation.

If the routine is concentrated in one role, Starter is usually enough. If it's spread across several processes at once, it's more often Pro. Custom is for when several business lines are involved. We determine the exact format from the audit results instead of guessing up front.

We'll break down your business by processes and metrics and show you where to start so automation pays for itself.
